We are looking for
Elbit Aerospace in Karmiel is looking for a Head of Manufacturing for the Tactical UAV domain

In this role you will
Lead the tactical UAV manufacturing domain at the Karmiel site while driving work plans and meeting production and delivery targets
Take full responsibility for the human capital within the department, including onboarding, mentoring, training, employee development, evaluation, and feedback
Manage and lead teams and professional interfaces in a matrix organizational structure
Be responsible for budget execution, cost management, and promotion of engineering solutions
Lead quality forums and promote operational excellence
Implement advanced technologies, Industry 4.0 methodologies, and AI tools within the manufacturing environment
Lead change management, efficiency improvement, and continuous improvement processes
Requirements
Practical Engineer diploma in Electronics or relevant education
B.Sc. degree in Engineering - Advantage
Experience in manufacturing and systems integration
At least 2 years of significant managerial experience
Good English proficiency
Experience leading change and improvement processes in a manufacturing environment - Advantage
