Description
Popai is on a mission to transform the millions of conversations that happen between care teams and patients every day. We’re building the AI platform that turns every patient interaction into action - helping care teams understand what patients need, close gaps in care, and reach the people who need them most. Our goal is simple but ambitious: make healthcare more proactive, personal, and accessible for millions of patients.
What you'll do:
As a Product Manager, you will own key product areas end-to-end.
This includes:
• Defining strategy and roadmap for product lines under your responsibility
• Owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
• Collecting requirements through frequent touchpoints with users/stakeholders: interviews, feedback sessions, workflow observations and maintaining relationships (US-based customers)
• Working closely with internal teams: Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing and more. Build trust, engage people in the mission
• Running comprehensive product and market research
• Project management — balancing high execution standards with deadlines, while making thoughtful trade-offs and tough decisions
• Conducting hands-on work to complement work done by Engineering and Data teams and expedite self-learning
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Great communication skills - able to build trust and strong relationships both internally and with customers
• Hands-on willingness — comfortable using advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) to independently handle basic data analysis, build lightweight automations, submit simple PRs, and create visual mockups
• Sharp analytical thinking - able to distinguish essential from non-essential
• Able to steer conversations from open-ended discussion toward clarity, decisions, and execution
• Hands-on experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders
• Background in Healthcare - significant advantage
