In this role, you will support our daily accounting operations, assist with financial reconciliations, and work closely with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: • Manage employee expense reimbursements using Expensify • Record journal entries in the accounting books • Perform bank reconciliations • Issue customer invoices based on data. • VAT reporting and compliance • Support procurement operations and vendor management Requirements • Basic bookkeeping knowledge — including VAT reporting, invoice registration, and bank reconciliations (mandatory) • Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced level) • Experience with SAP, NetSuite, Jira — an advantage • Experience with Expensify — an advantage • High level of English (written and verbal) • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow Job Candidate Privacy Policy - https://www.rapyd.net/candidate-privacy-policy
